Article 1 – General

  4. Products that are defective, incorrectly supplied, damaged, or otherwise do not conform to the sales agreement remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits customers’ mandatory statutory rights.
  5. Customers who wish to request a return, refund, or assistance with a product-related concern should contact our customer service team.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Worn Socks Fantasy arising from the purchase or use of a specific product shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product, but only where such a limitation is legally valid and enforceable.
